By visiting the website www.club-talentsoft.com, you agree to respect the following General Conditions of Use (CGU).

Article 1- Definitions:

CGU: means the present General Conditions of Use. 
Data: means all the data linked to the utilisation of the Website, including personal data as defined by the European Regulation 2016/679, of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.
Event: means the event “Club Talentsoft 2019”, hold by TALENTSOFT at Barcelona, Spain, on 4th and 5th June 2019. 
Exhibitor: means company with which TALENTSOFT entered into a partnership agreement and which is authorised to held workshops, scan your badge and access to your Data.
Partner: means the company Infinite Square with which TALENTSOFT entered into a partnership agreement in order to subprocess your Data.
Website: means the website www.club-talentsoft.com.


Article 2 – Website’s features:

2.1 The Website and its linguistic variations constitute the whole and exclusively property of:

TALENTSOFT, as editor of the Website, grants any person who visits the Website (hereinafter referred to as the “User”) a private, non-collective, and non-exclusive right to use said content. 

2.2 All data of any nature, including text, graphs, logos, icons, images, audio and video clips, trademarks, software, and features of the TALENTSOFT website, appearing on the Website and on its various versions, are protected by copyright, trademark, and all other intellectual property law, and belong to TALENTSOFT as a company, or to authorized third parties.

2.3 In browsing the Website, you agree not to reproduce, summaries, edit, alter, or redistribute, without our prior authorization, any text, title, application, software, logo, image, video, trademark, information or illustration, for any purpose other than strictly personal use. Any other form of representation (e.g. for professional, commercial or redistribution purposes) without prior express and written authorization is strictly forbidden. 

2.4 You also agree not to extract all or part of the Website for content import and storage purposes.

2.5 All website hyperlink creation towards the Website shall be subject to prior express authorization by TALENTSOFT. This authorization may be withdrawn at any time by TALENTSOFT without having to provide any justification.

2.6 Third-party websites are not under the control of TALENTSOFT, who is in no way responsible for the content of these websites, the hyperlinks they contain, or the changes or updates made to the websites. TALENTSOFT provides these hyperlinks for convenience or information purposes, and the inclusion of any link does not imply prior approval of the website by TALENTSOFT. 3.1 By browsing the Website, the User agrees to comply with these GCU.

3.2 Access to the Website is free and is provided on a continuous and permanent basis, except in case of force majeure or events beyond the control of TALENTSOFT, and subject to possible technical failures and interventions, maintenance, and necessary updates required to ensure the proper functioning of the Website.

3.3 THIS WEBSITE IS ACCESSIBLE “IN ITS CURRENT STATE”; TALENTSOFT CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR INDIRECT DAMAGES THAT MAY OCCUR FROM USING THE WEBSITE, INCLUDING LOSS OF BENEFITS, PROFIT, IMAGE, CLIENTELE, BUSINESS, REPUTATION OR EXPECTED GAIN, TIME SPENT BY EMPLOYEES OR SERVICE PROVIDERS OR LOSS OF OPPORTUNITY.
TALENTSOFT WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE WHICH RESULTS FROM THE USER’S NON-COMPLIANT OR ILLEGAL USE OF THE WEBSITE. 

3.4 You are solely responsible for the computer equipment used for accessing the Website. You are responsible for taking all necessary measures to protect this equipment, including from any form of contamination by viruses, malware, worms, logical bombs, Trojan horses, or any other element of code, file, program, script and/or malicious or harmful agent. 


Article 4 – Website content:

All the information available on the Website relating to TALENTSOFT services, as made available by TALENTSOFT, is based on the technical characteristics of these services at the time they were made available online or updated. The information contained on the Website is of a general and descriptive nature. It cannot be considered as having contractual value, nor does it constitute a firm offer from TALENTSOFT.


Article 5 - Club Talentsoft 2019

5.1 TALENTSOFT shall hold the Event according to the information available on the Website.

5.2 The organization of the Event, including its date, duration, location, opening and closing hours, and schedule shall be organized by TALENTSOFT, and may be amended at any time on its own initiative, and without any compensation to any registered person.
In order to attend to the Event, you must register by filling the relevant form with your Data. Registration is mandatory in order to attend to the Event. You can register through this Website or the phone application “Club TS”. TALENTSOFT reserves the right to prohibit access to the event to any person who has not registered.
Registration is free of charge.

5.3 You can deposit a request for TALENTSOFT to support the costs and organize your transport and lodging for the Event. In that case, additional Data shall be requested. This service can only be requested by TALENTSOFT’s customers, are limited to a single of its representatives, and depends on the number of places available. Your request shall not oblige TALENTSOFT in any way and shall not in any case justify claim for damages or any compensation whatsoever if TALENTSOFT cannot or does not accept it. Your request for support shall be answered by TALENTSOFT within seven (7) open days. If it is accepted, TALENTSOFT shall cover the travel and accommodation costs for your attendance to the Event. All departures shall be made from Paris, on dates pre-selected by TALENTSOFT. 

5.4 Once your Data has been communicated and your registration has been made, we shall send you the corresponding information to the email address you have provided us with. We will not be liable if the communicated email address is incorrect or invalid.

Article 6 – Personal Account:

Creating an account is mandatory in order to register for a workshop held by an Exhibitor during the Event. If you create an account and participate in a workshop, your profile shall be discoverable in the Website by other Users which are attending to the same workshop. For more information, see our Privacy Policy. You may create an account by giving an email address and by creating a password, which will be registered by TALENTSOFT for the sole purpose of creating and accessing your Account. This information constitutes personal data, for more information please see our Privacy Policy. Your password is confidential and may not be accessed by TALENTSOFT, nor by the Partner and the Exhibitors. You are responsible for keeping your account login (email address and password) confidential and not sharing them with unauthorized third party. If you disclose your account login to someone, you are responsible for any use, disclosure, additions, deletions and modification made on or/and through your account.
The creation of an account is free of charge.

Article 7 – Personal Data:

You can access to the Website without providing us with your Data. However, some features of the Website require that you send us your Data. TALENTSOFT agrees to comply with regulations in force, applicable to processing personal data, and in particular, the amended Act No 78-17 of 6 January 1978, relating to information technology, files and freedoms (hereafter referred to as the “Act”), as well as the (EU) regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and Council of 27 April 2016 applicable from 25 May 2018 (hereafter referred to as the “GDPR”).

9.3 In the case where one of the provisions contained in these conditions is deemed to be void as a result of a current or future legal or regulatory provision, or as a result of a legal decision that has the force of res judicata and is issued by a competent jurisdiction or body, this provision of the GCU shall be considered to be void but all other provisions of these GCU remain enforceable between TALENTSOFT and the User.

9.5 These GCU were originally drawn up in French. In case of differences or contradictions between linguistic versions, only the French version of the GCU shall apply.
